Welcome to Neftçi, Alen Skribek!

Neftçi have completed another signing, with Hungarian attacking midfielder Alen Skribek joining the club. The 25-year-old has signed a two-year contract with an option for a further year.

Skribek, who has played exclusively in his native Hungary to date, joins Neftçi from ZTE. He featured in all three of his team’s matches in the opening three rounds of the 2026/27 Hungarian league season, providing three assists. Last season, he made a total of 37 appearances for ZTE, scoring 11 goals and providing five assists.

A versatile player, Alen can operate both in central midfield and in the number 10 role. Comfortable with both feet, he can also play on either the right or left wing.

In the 2023/24 season, Skribek lifted the Hungarian Cup with Paksi FC. He also represented Hungary U21 between 2021 and 2022, making 11 appearances, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
