“Neftchi” has played the role of a locomotive of the country's football since its inception. This tradition continues today. Currently, operate in our academy - U-19, U-17, U-16, U-15, U-14, U-13, U-12, U-11, U-10, U-9, U-8 and our girls' teams, more than 200 children are learning the secrets of football.
The academy has built its work on the basis of a program for the development of young footballers and operates in this direction. Teams covering different age groups participate in championships organized throughout the country every year. It regularly participates in international tournaments and works to provide young footballers with experience. All conditions have been created for the development of young footballers at the academy. Currently, larger projects are being implemented in this direction. The new administrative building to be built for the academy within the club's base will be very useful in this work in the future, especially in terms of training young footballers.
In addition to candidates who can play for the first team, the Neftchi Football Academy trains footballers who will respect their opponents, referees, and fans and follow the rules of "Fair Play". Our teachers devote special attention to the personal development of young footballers in their training.
