Started the Season with a Confident Away Victory

Neftçi have played their first match of the season in the Misli Premier League. The Black and Whites secured a 3–1 victory over Sumgayit in the opening round. In the match at SOCAR Polymer Arena, our goals were scored by Breno Almeida (23rd and 55th minutes) and Lyubomir Tupta (31st minute). Nadir Orujov (67th minute) scored for the hosts.

Neftçi will play their next match on 23 August, when we host Araz-Nakhchivan in Round 2. The match at Palms Sports Arena will kick off at 20:45.
