A Convincing Away Victory in Our 1,000th Match

“Neftçi” have played their 1,000th match in the Azerbaijan championships. The Black and Whites secured a 3–0 victory over “Gabala” in Matchweek 6 of the Misli Premier League. The match, held at Gabala City Stadium, saw goals from Breno Almeida (25th minute), Adeleke Akinyemi (86th minute) and Lyubomyr Tupta (90+2nd minute).

It should be noted that “Neftçi” have moved to the top of the league table with 15 points after six matches.
