Established under the auspices of the Club, Neftçi Football School commenced its operations in January 2022. We welcome children aged 6 to 17 who are passionate about football and eager to develop their skills in a professional environment.
Training sessions are delivered in accordance with the Club's football development methodology and a carefully designed coaching curriculum. The programme focuses on the comprehensive development of players' technical, tactical, physical, and personal abilities.
All training sessions are conducted by UEFA B and UEFA C licensed coaches. Each session is led by one head coach and one assistant coach, ensuring a high standard of coaching and providing every player with individual attention.

- Standard monthly fee: AZN 150
- Goalkeepers: AZN 100
