Farrukh Mahmudov served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neftçi PFK from 2023 to 2024.
Since 2022, he has served as the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of ALTÜST Media LLC, a position he has held since 2015. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions at Samsung Electronics Caucasus, British American Tobacco Azerbaijan, Azerfon LLC, and several other companies.
