Elgün Bəhruz oglu Mammadov was born on July 3, 1984, in the village of Çərəkə, Göyçay district.
In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Regional Studies (European Studies – United Kingdom Studies) at the Azerbaijan University of Languages.
From 2014 to 2016, he worked at “Unibank” Commercial Bank, from 2016 to 2022 at “Kapital Bank” OJSC in various positions, and from 2022 to 2024 at the Finance and Procurement Department of the “Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau” PBC as a procurement specialist. In addition, at different times in parallel, he appeared as a football expert on “Idman Azerbaijan” and other TV channels.
Since August 2024, he has been the Procurement Coordinator of “Neftchi” PFC.
