Cenk Sümer was born on June 5, 1973, in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul, Turkey.
He received his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Management of Eastern Mediterranean University and the Faculty of Management of Cyprus Eastern Mediterranean University, and his master's degree from the Faculty of Management and Human Resources of Marmara University.
He worked at “Işıklar Holding” and “Turkcell Superonline”, and later operated in his own company “Profera Danışmanlık”. Since 2012, he has served as a member of the board of directors of “Beşiktaş” Gymnastics Club, a member of the board of directors of “Beşiktaş” Football Club, later as vice president, and held positions such as marketing, business development, and assistant to the CEO.
He knows English and has 2 children.
Since June 2024, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of “Neftçi” PFK.
