"Neftçi" has been the locomotive of the country's football since its inception. This tradition continues today. Currently, there are 11 teams in our academy - U-19, U-17, U-16, U-15, U-14, U-13, U-12, U-11, U-10, U- 9 and girls team activities, more than 200 children master the secrets of football.

Academy has built its progress path in accordance with the program for the development of young players and is working in this direction. Teams from different age groups take part in national championships every year. Teams regularly compete in international tournaments and is working to gain experience for young players. Academy has all conditions for the development of young players. Currently, great projects are being realized in this direction. The new administrative building for the academy, which will be built within the club's base, will be very useful in the future, especially in terms of training young players.

"Neftçi" Football Academy trains players who will respect opponents, referees, fans and follow the "Fair Play" rules in addition to the candidates who can wear the jersey of the A team. Our coaches pay special attention to the personal development of young players in their training.
